These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the lyrahome.com.br website and of the services offered on it by Lyra Home Comércio Ltda. By browsing the website or using any of its services, the user declares that they have read and understood these Terms, which should be read together with the Privacy Notice and the Returns, Exchanges and Warranty Policy.

1. Who we are

The website is operated by Lyra Home Comércio Ltda., registered under CNPJ no. 52.192.749/0001-81, with its head office and showroom at Alameda dos Maracatins, 843, Moema, São Paulo/SP, Brazil, postcode 04089-012 ("Lyra Home").

2. Purpose of the website

The website is Lyra Home's institutional showcase. On it, users can discover the pieces and the showroom, request a quote, book a visit, track their order and, as partner professionals, access the architects' area. The website does not make sales or take payments: every purchase is formalised through a dedicated quote and contract, prepared by the consultant and signed by the client.

3. Information about the pieces

The pieces are handcrafted, made to order and customisable in dimensions, upholstery and finishes; for this reason, the website does not display prices. Photographs, videos, 3D models and the augmented reality view are for illustration only: colours, textures and proportions may vary according to the device screen, the lighting and the nature of the materials, and wood, stone, leather and fabric show natural variations in tone and grain, which are not defects. Dimensions, upholstery, finishes, price, lead time and payment terms are binding only when stated in the formal quote or in the contract.

4. Forms and accuracy of information

When completing the quote, contact, visit booking or professional registration forms, the user undertakes to provide true and up-to-date information, including their first and last name, and authorises Lyra Home to contact them by WhatsApp, e-mail or telephone in order to respond to the request. These data are processed in accordance with the Privacy Notice.

5. Booking a visit

The time chosen on the website is reserved for an appointment at the showroom and may be confirmed or rescheduled by the consultant. Visitors are kindly asked to let us know on WhatsApp if they are unable to attend.

6. Track your order

The enquiry requires the order number and the CPF or CNPJ of the contract holder and shows only the stage and the expected dates, with no personal data or amounts. The user should not share these details with third parties. The dates shown are estimates; the contractual deadline is the one set out in the contract.

7. Architects' area

Access is personal and non-transferable, granted to professionals with an approved registration through a link sent to their e-mail or WhatsApp, valid for 30 days. The technical sheets, dimensions and images made available are intended exclusively for the preparation of projects for the professional's clients; resale, publication, posting on social media or third-party websites and any other commercial use without Lyra Home's written authorisation are prohibited. Misuse entitles Lyra Home to suspend access, without prejudice to any other appropriate measures.

8. Intellectual property

The brand, logo, symbol, names of the pieces, texts, website design, photographs and other content belong to Lyra Home or its licensors and are protected by Brazilian Law no. 9,279/1996 (industrial property) and Law no. 9,610/1998 (copyright). Reproduction in whole or in part without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

9. Prohibited conduct

Users must not: use robots, automated scraping programs or other means to copy the website's content in bulk; attempt to access restricted areas, accounts or third-party data; overload or interfere with the operation of the website; submit false information or information belonging to third parties without authorisation; or use the website for any unlawful purpose.

10. Third-party links and services

The website contains links to and integrations with third-party services, such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps, which have their own terms and policies, for which Lyra Home is not responsible.

11. Availability and liability

Lyra Home strives to keep the website available, secure and up to date, but does not guarantee its uninterrupted operation or the absence of temporary faults. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the rights granted to consumers by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

12. Changes

These Terms may be updated at any time. The version in force will always be available on this page, with its date and version number.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Consumers are guaranteed the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence.
