Up to 60 business days, as stated in the contract. When the client supplies their own fabric or leather, the lead time is 70 business days.

By credit card, in up to 10 interest-free instalments, or upfront by PIX, with a discount. The consultant presents both options in the quote.

Yes. The whole service can be handled over WhatsApp: the consultant sends photos, the quote and the contract for electronic signature. For purchases made outside the store, the client has 7 days to withdraw, under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

Yes. We frequently sell throughout the state of São Paulo and to other Brazilian states. Freight is calculated from the delivery postcode.

All furniture carries the legal warranty of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, and assembly by the Lyra Home team is guaranteed for 90 days. When the factory offers an additional warranty, it is stated in the contract.

Yes. The showroom is at Alameda dos Maracatins, 843, in Moema, open Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 8 pm and Sundays from 9 am to 6 pm. On the website, many pieces can also be viewed in 3D and in your own space through augmented reality.

Yes. Architects and interior designers have a dedicated consultant, technical materials, upholstery samples and special conditions for their projects. Registration is on the architects page.
